Having Trouble Accessing the Virtual Photobooth?

My camera isn’t working

The most common reason for your camera not showing in the photobooth is that your
preferences automatically block websites from using it.

The fix is easy and only takes a few seconds. You can use the same steps to re-block your
camera once you have taken your photos.
IMPORTANT – Once you have followed the below steps for iPhone and Android devices, you must refresh the Photobooth for the changes to work.

iPhone

Head to settings and swipe down to reveal the search box

Type in ‘Safari’ and tap the second option

Scroll to the bottom and select ‘Camera’

Ensure ‘Ask’ is ticked.

Close Safari and reload the Photobooth. You should now be prompted to allow access to your camera and take a selfie.

ANDROID

1. On your Android device, open the Chrome app . To the right of the address bar, tap More  

2. Scroll down to Settings.

3. Scroll down and Tap Site Settings.

4. Tap Camera

5. Ensure the box is ticked. Tap to turn the camera on.

If you see the site that you want to use under Blocked, tap the site  Access your microphone  Allow.
